We have been approached by a very well-known Manufacturer within the Automation Industry to assist them in their search for a Finance Manager to be based from their facilities in Wiltshire.
The role has come up because the businesses long-time finance and accounting manager is moving internally to a new position. For their succession, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced personality for the position as responsible for all of the UK businesses Finance and Accounting management, including:
Monthly closing, with full P&L management & reporting to HQ.
Month end planning preparation
Management of account receivables, payables and special bookkeeping incl.
Accounts reconciliations and clearing
Variance analysis: Gross margin (client, mix analysis, control on trade activities expenses), OPEX and Overheads
Preparation of the credit limit review
Contribute to the dunning process and the dunning follow-up
Being the contact person for dealers and customers in accounting
Manage payroll process
Manage pension compliance process
Review the travel expenses reimbursement requests according to the policy
Provide all needed support
Process company credit cards
What we are looking for:
We are looking for some who has at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
Ideally you will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
