Redkite is working exclusively with a market leading manufacturer within the Motion Control Industry to assist them in their search for an experienced Application Engineer / Product Support Engineer to work globally that offers its employees huge progression opportunities, an impressive all around package and the chance to work within a positive and forward thinking working environment.
The Company:
They are a well known name within the Industrial Automation / Motion Control sector working globally with some of the largest OEMs providing solutions for wide variety of energy saving and industrial applications.
The Position:
The Product/Application Support Engineer role is technically focused working within a technical team providing support of specific applications including refrigeration, heat-pumps, compressor and general HVAC-R.
The role will include VFD product selection based on customer compressor datasheets, product commissioning support, diagnostics and system optimisation.
Some site visits will be necessary sometimes to support the sales team, marketing team and other times to support the customers themselves so a willingness to travel is essential.
A strong understanding of refrigeration/heat-pump/compressor systems will be required to fulfil this role, with the goal of becoming the application champion within the company.
