Redkite is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the Engineering sector – Specifically within :

What do we do?

Relationships are key to us with both candidates, assisting you in finding that next step / better opportunity and clients, developing a thorough understand of not only the experience required form a candidate but also the culture fit to make sure we are getting the right people introduced.

When it comes to finding candidates we subscribe to use the national job boards  for bespoke advertising of vacancies and to access their CV databases…but that this is just where we begin!

Due to our experience within the industry we believe we are highly skilled in searching to find “passive” candidates online.

We also attend specialist networking opportunities to build our network and database.

But one of our most successful methods of finding exclusive Talent is through referrals – Due to how we network combined with sticking to our values we find that both candidates and clients alike are happy to recommend us to either colleagues in the industry that may be open to considering new opportunities or other businesses that are looking to hire.

We feel this may be why our connections keep coming back to us – to find employees that other agencies just don’t have access to.
