I’m working with a leading manufacturer of variable speed drives and motor control technology who are looking to appoint a Product Manager to take ownership of their product portfolio and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a key role within the Sales and Marketing team, responsible for managing both the technical and commercial aspects of a product range — from early concept and specification through to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering teams, and senior leadership to ensure each product meets its technical goals and commercial objectives.
You’ll be producing specification documents, managing projects through development, and presenting the features and benefits of your products to both technical and commercial audiences. It’s a position that combines strong engineering knowledge with market awareness and commercial thinking.
The role would suit someone with a solid background in the variable speed drives industry, ideally with at least 5 years’ experience and a relevant engineering qualification. You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, managing complex projects, and communicating effectively at all levels.
The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting experience and expertise, and is based in the Mid Wales / Shropshire border area, within commutable distance of Oswestry, Shrewsbury, and Newtown.
