Location: Remote in either UK, Poland, Italy, or France (Field-Based)

The Role
You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and identifying new market opportunities. This includes:
Managing new and existing customer accounts to develop strong partnerships
Responding to customer enquiries and providing technical sales support
Identifying and pursuing new business through meetings, networking, and exhibitions
Negotiating contracts and preparing sales agreements
Preparing financial projections, sales targets, and reports
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings and market strategy
What Were Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial automation or related sectors
Knowledge of Variable Speed Drive (VFD) technology and its applications
A self-motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events
Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems such as Salesforce)
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Additional language skills are a plus
