Sales Account Manager

If you are the type of person who waits for the phone to ring, this is not for you.

This role is about proactive B2B sales. Picking up the phone. Creating conversations. Growing accounts. Turning existing relationships into bigger opportunities through consistency, energy and follow up that actually happens.

You will manage a portfolio of customers within industrial automation and control. Your focus is retention and growth. That means regular outbound contact, understanding what is coming up in their business, spotting where spend can increase and identifying projects that need wider sales support.

Targets matter. Call activity matters. Commercial awareness matters. But attitude matters more.

They want someone positive, resilient and commercially switched on. Someone who enjoys influencing decision makers, who can handle pushback without folding, and who takes real ownership of their numbers.

You will already have B2B sales experience and be comfortable working to revenue and profitability targets. If you know automation or control products that helps, but hunger and drive are more important.

This is a structured, office based sales environment with clear expectations, commission opportunity and genuine progression for someone who performs.
