Technical Sales Engineer
We are working with a fast-growing technology business leading the way in industrial vision systems and factory automation. They design and deliver advanced inspection and machine vision solutions used by blue-chip manufacturers across the world, and they're now looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer to join their expanding sales team in Oxford.
This role is all about combining technical understanding with commercial drive. You'll be managing inbound enquiries, developing leads, and helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges using high-end vision systems. You'll work closely with the engineering and sales teams to put together proposals, presentations and demonstrations that show what's possible and then take those opportunities through to close.
You'll be part of a close-knit, ambitious sales team where results are recognised and success is rewarded. The role offers a basic salary of up to £50,000 for the right person, alongside a structured commission scheme and full company benefits.
The position would suit someone with experience in technical or capital equipment sales, ideally within automation, vision systems or industrial technology. You'll be commercially confident, technically capable, and motivated by achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
